About the role
Job Description Serve as a strategic HR business partner to a global Product Service Line (PSL), working directly with senior leadership to drive people strategy aligned to business objectives. Lead large-scale, strategic initiatives across regions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability. Partner with COEs to deliver high-impact solutions across global teams while adapting practices to local requirements. Provide leadership across regions and functions to ensure alignment, drive execution, and support a globally integrated organization. Employee Development and Competency Program development and execution. Oversees implementation of organizational capability strategies to support business objectives (includes but not limited to organization design, team effectiveness, strategic change management and employee engagement), leveraging COE support when needed. Direct management responsibilities include managing, coaching and mentoring people, developing and executing processes, or both. The HRBP Sr. Manager will have dual reporting to the Hemisphere, Division or Functional Human Resources Director and the PSL, Region or Functional Vice President. Requirement Minimum 15 years of Human Resources and/or PSL experience required. Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred. International/Global work experience is preferred.
