Additional Information

Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, factory supplies, and trading products to support operational requirements. Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and product availability. Compare prices, evaluate quotations, and assist in sourcing cost-effective suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability. Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement data in ERP systems and Excel. Support the Purchasing Manager and other departments with procurement-related activities and ad-hoc assignments.
