About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions to support the company's inorganic growth strategy. This role will be based out of our Oak Brook, Illinois office and will support the evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets transactions, and other strategic initiatives designed to drive long-term shareholder value. This role will partner closely with Strategy leadership, Finance, Legal, growth unit leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess business opportunities, develop financial analysis, and support decision-making related to growth and portfolio optimization. The Sr Analyst will play a key role in transaction execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of materials, while also supporting integration planning efforts to help drive long-term value creation. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Prepares business and financial analysis in support of strategic acquisition/disposition activities including due diligence Provides analytical support for growth initiatives and strategic planning Creates financial models to analyze acquisition opportunities, value acquisition candidates and assess the proforma impact of an acquisition Leads or assists with data gathering and quantitative analysis, particularly in the areas of financial/economic modeling such as EVA, peer company research and benchmarking Prepare presentations to review potential transactions and other growth-related opportunities with project teams and senior management Performs other duties as assigned Important Details: The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $76,200.00 - 114,200.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
