Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 - 7 years' experience working in a professional services or CPA firm
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing project teams
- Experience as a team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle technology implementation / finance transformation
- Expert understanding of the finance and accounting function and the people, process, technology and controls that support that function
- Subject matter expertise in financial business processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, acquire to retire, plan to act (FP&A), treasury management as well as other functions under the CFO's purview
- Extensive experience in developing and building proposals
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Executive presence and an understanding of stakeholder/client relationship management
