  • Excellent analytical skills combined with sound commercial judgment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch.

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a highly capable Senior Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating the performance of the Key Account channel in the Netherlands. This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful influence on commercial strategy, customer partnerships, and long-term channel development. The role combines strategic thinking, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships with major clinic chains, and enhance overall channel effectiveness. Key Objectives Drive measurable sales growth and profitability across assigned strategic accounts. Ensure a consistent, senior-level commercial interface with clinic chain leadership. Shape and execute multi-year account strategies that strengthen long-term partnerships. Translate market and channel insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and efficiency. Contribute to the medium and long-term evolution of the Key Account channel in the Netherlands and Benelux cluster.
