As Managing Director, you will help shape the company's next chapter by driving growth, expanding markets, strengthening operations, and identifying new opportunities. What You'll Be Responsible For As Managing Director, you will: Lead the development and execution of strategic and operating plans aligned with DDC's overall vision and objectives. Deliver strong financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA expansion, and cash flow generation. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, and best-practice implementation. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for organic growth, including new markets, geographic expansion, and new products or service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, industry partners, and corporate leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, ethics, and performance. Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team while building succession plans for future growth. Evaluate business risks and opportunities, implementing strategies that protect and strengthen the organization. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Provide regular business updates and strategic insights to DDC executive leadership and, when required, the Board of Directors. What You Bring: You are a proven business leader with a track record of driving growth, leading teams, and delivering results. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive experience is considered an asset. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility as a President, General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent. Demonstrated success with full P&L accountability and delivering revenue growth, profitability improvements, and strong cash flow performance. Experience in conveyor belting, industrial products, engineered solutions, or related manufacturing sectors is considered a strong asset. Experience leading industrial, manufacturing, engineered products, technical solutions, or related businesses. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into measurable business results.
