  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Fluency in French and English is essential

You will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent across the portfolio. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical initiatives. Reporting Line to: Managing Director
