Build and maintain a high-performing, expert, and sustainable engineering organization Over 15 years of strong expertise in piping engineering and more than 5 years of experience managing Layout and Piping departments, including layout design and planning, material selection, pipe supports, and flexibility/stress analysis. Strong experience in managing pipe classes and valves, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and high engineering standards. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflicts constructively and mentor team members to strengthen overall team capabilities. Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships. Fluency in English and Italian required.
