Role Summary and Impact Buying Strategy: Define a strategy for biddable platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, DSPs, and programmatic OTT Budget Planning: Allocate and monitor the digital budget by platform and campaign Team Supervision: Manage and develop the team of bidding specialists, assigning priorities Training: Ensure the team has up-to-date certifications for Google, Meta, and other platforms Pacing: Monitor the pacing of the digital budget and promptly flag deviations Technical Implementation: Oversee AdServer, brand safety, viewability, and campaign tracking Optimization: Review and validate optimizations implemented by the team based on KPIs Biweekly: Review and validate biweekly digital media performance reports Post-Buy: Oversee the preparation and delivery of post-buy reports by campaign Innovation: Stay up to date on new platforms, formats, and certifications in the digital ecosystem Results Analysis: Analyze overall campaign performance and propose improvement actions to the team Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
