Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality Printed Wiring Boards that meet customer specifications and industry standards by managing quality assurance processes and serving as the primary liaison for customer service accounts. Responsible for driving continuous improvement, resolving quality-related customer issues, and upholding compliance with regulatory and internal quality systems to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.
