About the role
We are an expanding, multi-jurisdictionalinfrastructure design and engineering corporate group managing active hubsacross Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. Responsibilities
- Credit Control & AccountsReceivable (A/R) Leadership
- Act as the core group owner for global collections-actively tracking outstanding invoices for infrastructure projects and chasing client milestone payments relentlessly.
- Monitor client credit limits, issue formal payment reminders, and flag delayed project milestones immediately to executive management to protect corporate cash flows.
- Oversee multi-currency inbound fund reconciliations (SGD, HKD, USD) to ensure quick, clean cash optimization.
- Full-Set Financial Management(Singapore Entity)
- Manage the full-set bookkeeping, day-to-day transaction records, and cash flow forecasting for our Singapore holding and operational entities using QuickBooks Online .
- Act as the primary banking "Maker" for the Singapore office-drafting payroll files, verifying corporate fund allocations, and prepping payments within digital corporate banking platforms for final Director approval.
- Handle monthly balance sheet schedules, corporate tax filings (GST), and lead the preparation for annual statutory audits.
- Cross-Border Collaboration
- Coordinate smoothly with our Hong Kong administrative accountant to ensure intercompany payables, cross-border recharges, and shared expenses are completely balanced.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of solid experience handling full-set accounts, with a heavy, proven focus on Accounts Receivable (A/R) or Credit Control . Experience in engineering, construction, or corporate property structures is a major advantage.
- Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of cloud accounting systems ( QuickBooks Online is strictly mandatory). Excellent skill levels in Microsoft Excel.
- The "Driver" Personality: A proactive, professional communicator who is completely comfortable picking up the phone to professionally demand payment from corporate clients and institutional counter-parties.
- Languages: Impeccable professional written and spoken English (to handle formal audit, tax, and institutional fund communications). Conversational fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly valued to easily interface with regional cross-border documentation.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or Finance. Candidates who have made active progress towards CA Singapore / ACCA are highly preferred.
