About the role

As an Product Manager for Connected solutions - You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Anchanto's integration ecosystem across carriers, marketplaces, ERP systems, SAP, webstore aggregators, plugins, and omni-channel store app capabilities, WMS, OMS. The role will work closely with Engineering, QA, Delivery, Customer Success, Support, and external partners to translate business and customer needs into scalable product capabilities. The role requires a strong understanding of OMS, WMS, e-commerce order processing, API-driven product development, and integration design. The person should be able to manage senior internal stakeholders and external customers, lead a team of 2 APMs, make structured product decisions, and articulate requirements clearly and crisply.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy
  • Identify strategic integration priorities across carriers, marketplaces, ERP systems, SAP, webstores, and aggregators.
  • Build a scalable product approach for reusable plugins, connectors, and partner onboarding models.
  • Evaluate customer demand, market opportunities, implementation pain points, and product gaps to shape roadmap priorities.
  • Balance short-term business opportunities with long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Execution
  • Convert roadmap items into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and edge-case scenarios.
  • Review team work outputs and ensure consistency, completeness, and clarity in requirements.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for integration features, including performance, reliability, security, configurability, monitoring, and scale.
  • Review API requirements and define business expectations around request/response structures, status handling, mapping rules, retries, validations, exceptions, and auditability.
  • Work with engineering and QA through development, testing, release, and rollout to ensure quality delivery.
  • Drive delivery governance to ensure timely closure of dependencies, risk tracking, and execution follow-through.
  • Allocate work effectively across roadmap, BAU, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build ownership, accountability, and strong execution discipline within the team.
  • Drive NFRs and integration compliance related activities.
  • Measurement & Success Metrics
  • Define and track success metrics for integration initiatives such as delivery timelines, adoption, onboarding speed, defect trends, implementation effort, support escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Measure plugin and connector reusability to reduce repeated custom development effort.
  • Monitor release outcomes and feedback to improve roadmap decisions and execution quality.
  • Use data and operational insights to identify gaps, prioritise fixes, and improve product performance.
  • Requirement Definition & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Align senior leadership, engineering, operations, implementation, support, and commercial teams on roadmap priorities and delivery plans.
  • Work with customers and partners to understand integration requirements, pain points, and business processes.
  • Manage senior stakeholder communication with clarity, structure, and confidence.
  • Drive decision-making across competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Partner with internal product teams across OMS, WMS, and Parcel Tracking to ensure end-to-end integration consistency.
  • Work with Sales, KAM, Implementation, Engineering, QA, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure a successful adoption of integration being built and user.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Own or govern the creation of user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, release notes, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and self-help materials.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, structured, reusable, and aligned with product releases.
  • Conduct training sessions, demos, and knowledge-sharing forums for internal teams and customers where needed.
  • Build a strong knowledge base for integration capabilities, use cases, workflows, and known limitations.
  • Internal Tooling
  • Use and govern product management and collaboration tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ensure roadmap visibility, requirement traceability, sprint alignment, and documentation hygiene across tools.
  • Maintain structured records of decisions, requirements, dependencies, risks, and release updates.
  • Customer UAT & Issue Resolution
  • Support customer UAT planning and execution for strategic integration releases.
  • Ensure requirements are testable and customer acceptance scenarios are clearly defined.
  • Work with implementation, QA, and customer teams to address UAT feedback and close gaps before launch.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 6-10 years of product management or business analysis experience, with meaningful experience in integration-heavy product environments.
