We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join the Onboarding team within the Consumer & Business - Growth Engineering organization. This team owns the platform that powers user onboarding and KYC across every Coinbase retail product, enabling the company to expand into new countries and launch new products while maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements. You'll lead the technical direction of a high-scale, high-availability onboarding platform, designing systems that directly determine how quickly and safely millions of users can access Coinbase.
