Responsibilities
- Operations and support for legal information systems, M365 Copilot and Office 365.
- Act as an internal M365 Copilot subject matter expert, advising Legal users on effective use, ways of working and advanced, high value use cases.
- Design, build and maintain Copilot Studio (Lite) agents to support business workflows by translating business needs into practical Copilot and agent solutions.
- Develop, apply and disseminate M365 Copilot training materials, playbooks, and best practice guidance.
- Define best practices and serve as an expert advisor for use of Office 365 offerings, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, O365 Groups and Teams (including Copilot-enabled efficiency).
- Governance, design and on-going administrative operations with ServiceNow and SharePoint Management.
- Maintain relationships with Legal stakeholders and stay apprised of latest AI and collaboration technologies.
- Develop and document operations processes and procedures for M365 Copilot and Office 365.
- Help troubleshoot end-user issues and escalate to the appropriate support teams and follow up closely till resolution. Interface with IDT, supporting Copilot, M365, Legal Document Management System etc.
- Support and provide guidance to SharePoint site owners and staff regarding classification, protection and sharing of confidential information and use of appropriate and approved tools. Including creating Sites and Libraries and managing permissions for SharePoint online.
- Assist and educate individuals and teams on IM compliance requirements, follow-up on IM compliance reporting and help remediate issues arising.
- Ensure that all sites have assigned site owners who understand their roles. Respond to and co-ordinate response to issues from site reviews, incidents, compliance reporting & audits.
- What you bring
- University Degree in IT-related degree. Degrees in other fields will be considered with the relevant 2-3 years of work experiences in IT.
- Expert, practical experience using M365 Copilot in day-to-day knowledge work.
- Knowledge of and experience of building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio (Lite).
- Strong understanding of LLM's, prompt engineering, workflow design, and human in the loop AI.
- Project management skills and experience (aligned with Shell PM standards).
- Experience enabling or upskilling others (training, enablement, change or adoption roles).
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Confidence working with business, legal, or professional services users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize workload and ensure critical activities are recognized, given priority and are delivered against deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong engagement skills, working with team at all levels on regular basis.
- Ability to work virtually and engage and collaborate with stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Shift working in the European and Americas time zone.
