Job Summary Better Being is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Intern to help support our Executive team. The Administrative Intern will support ongoing projects, handle routine administrative tasks, and assist with company events. The Administrative Intern will report to the Chief of Staff. Essential Functions Assist in company event planning. Schedule appointments and prepare for meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and room setup. Manage routine administrative tasks such as ordering supplies. Handle expense report management. Book travel arrangements as required. Provide support for various ongoing projects as needed. Multitask effectively with a mix of planned and ad-hoc tasks. Must be able to commute to Ogden and SLC. Understanding of data analysis is highly beneficial. Additional Responsibilities Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Job Qualifications Current enrollment in a related BS or master's degree. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus but not required. Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude. P roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, field of vision.
