- Required Technical and Education Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in compensation administration or HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday) and advanced google sheet skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience (i.e. users, vendors, management, colleagues) and produce clear and concise written documentation as needed.
- AI Proficiency: Aptitude for leveraging generative AI tools, such as Gemini, to streamline common HR and administrative tasks.
- Organizational skills: Ability to maintain a high degree of organization and attention to detail when managing documentation and data, including development and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating short-term projects with overlapping schedules.
