Graduate Vaccine Account Executive

Responsibilities

• *Provide exceptional customer support by handling inbound calls, vaccine orders, and promoting products where appropriate
• *Respond to customer queries regarding product information, pricing, deliveries, and payment requests
• *Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
• *Proactively engage with customers to generate sales leads and drive product awareness
• *Process and manage product orders in line with company SOPs
• *Handle amendments, cancellations, and approvals for supply caps
• *Coordinate with distribution providers to ensure smooth deliveries
• *Accurately record all sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes
• *Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems

Requirements

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• ABPI qualification (preferred, or must be obtained within one year)
• Strong IT skills and ability to work with multiple systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
• A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
