About the role

Global Delivery to lead and scale global IT delivery operations across enterprise applications, development, support, integrations, and shared services functions. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global delivery teams supporting enterprise applications, development, integrations, and operational support functions.
  • Drive execution consistency, delivery quality, and operational efficiency across global teams.
  • Establish scalable delivery models, team structures, and execution frameworks aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure alignment between global delivery teams and enterprise architecture, PMO, engineering, and business functions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for enterprise application development, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives.
  • Partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Development teams to ensure scalable, supportable, and high-quality technical solutions.
  • Support technical design discussions, development planning, and solution delivery across enterprise platforms and custom applications.
  • Guide development teams on best practices related to application delivery, integrations, operational support, and technical quality.
  • Resource & Capacity Management
  • Manage team capacity planning, staffing, utilization, and workload balancing across delivery functions.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development for global delivery resources.
  • Optimize delivery capabilities through effective resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure appropriate skill alignment to support evolving enterprise technology and business needs.
  • Delivery Operations & Support Governance
  • Oversee operational delivery for enterprise applications, integrations, support services, and enhancement activities.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, backlog health, throughput, and operational performance metrics.
  • Ensure consistent incident management, escalation handling, and service delivery practices across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support audit readiness and operational compliance by ensuring teams follow established controls, security, documentation, and change management processes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with PMO, Architecture, Business Analysis, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Support enterprise projects, digital transformation initiatives, AI/automation initiatives, and operational support activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align delivery priorities and execution timelines.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, AMS providers, and implementation partners when required.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience managing global IT delivery organizations and enterprise application support teams.
  • Strong experience leading offshore/global delivery teams in enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise application development, integrations, and support models.
  • Experience supporting or leading application development teams across enterprise platforms and custom solutions.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders on solution delivery initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, development, and operational support functions.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams, delivery operations, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application support models, SDLC, ITIL, and operational governance.
  • Experience managing resource planning, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs.
