Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.

IT Support Engineer (3 Months Contract for a start; extendable) Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK) Working Hours (Shift): Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Salary: Up to $3,000 month (Contract) (Depends on Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team at our AMK campus for a 3 -month contract. You will be the first line of support, responsible for delivering timely and effective IT assistance to end-users.
