Requirements

• ・事業会社または人材業界における採用業務経験（目安：5 年以上）
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an in-house or recruiting firm environment
• ・複数職種・複数レベルの採用を同時並行で推進した経験
• Experience managing multiple roles across different functions and seniority levels
• ・グローバル採用および日本語・英語の両言語で採用活動を行った経験
• Experience in global hiring and conducting recruitment activities in Japanese and English
• ・採用要件定義からクロージングまでの一連の採用プロセスに関する理解
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition to closing
• ・Hiring Manager や経営層との折衝・調整能力
• Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership
