We are currently looking for a LATAM Sales & Planning Specialist to join our Sales Latam team. The Sales & Planning Specialist plays a strategic role within the LATAM Sales organization, supporting Nissan's vision of building a profitable and sustainable business across the region. This role is responsible for coordinating regional production volumes with Nissan manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment between supply and market demand. The position manages the production ordering system, leads production allocation negotiations with LATAM markets and manufacturing plants, and supports all monthly Carflow-related activities. Additionally, the role control sales system operations report and contribute to the development and implementation of new projects focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. By integrating data, optimizing processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration, this position enables high-impact decision-making for LATAM markets and Nissan Global (NML). A Typical Day at Nissan : Coordinate production volume updates with Nissan plants to ensure alignment with regional demand. Monitor and manage the ordering system, validating accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Review market requirements and support allocation adjustments based on supply constraints and priorities. Track and follow up on Carflow execution, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. Prepare and analyze sales and production reports to support decision-making. Negotiate with LATAM markets to clarify demand changes, risks, and opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and optimization opportunities. Maintain and update key planning and sales systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Planning, SCM, RPP, GSA) to ensure end-to-end production process alignment. Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and special executive requests. Professional Profile We Are Looking For : Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a commercial orientation, Business Administration or Marketing degree. At least 3 years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Business Planning or related roles-preferably in the automotive sector. Advanced proficiency level of English. Advanced Excel (DB management), Power Point (PPT's preparation). Desirable: Experience working with regional or multi-country environments is highly desirable. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
