Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring a Subaru Sales Representative for our Miller Subaru Dealership in Lumberton, NJ. With over 100 years of experience serving the community we remain large enough to serve but small enough to care! You Will: Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle for them Explain the features and benefits of our vehicles Conduct sales prospecting and follow up using our customer retention management software Present price and payments including financing and lease options to customers Completes transaction paperwork and reviews the vehicle with customer at delivery Completes and stays up with all training requirements Actively pursue productivity in sales You Have: High School Diploma or equivalent education Minimum 2 years in sales or retail industry Strong social, and customer service skills Able to understand and explain vehicle and phone app technology #Miller4 Commission pay: $50,000 - 120,000 range Paid Vacation and Holidays Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Company-paid life insurance Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program If you are looking for a great, safe work environment, look no further.
