Lead Psychiatric Clinician

Responsibilities

• You'll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10-16 hours/week of patient care , with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs .
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
• Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
• Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
• Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
• Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
• Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
