About the role

The Senior Electrical Specialist serves as ON.energy's qualifying master electrician of record in the State of Texas and the on-site electrical subject matter expert for AI UPS deployments at hyperscale data center campuses. Holding (and "hanging") an active Texas Master Commercial Electrician license under ON.energy for the duration of employment is a core function of the role and a condition of hire. This is a high-travel, hands-on field role and an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The ideal candidate brings deep field electrical experience and the authority to hold the line on safety and code compliance.
