Responsibilities
- As AI continues to reshape programmatic advertising, you'll help clients harness the power of agentic solutions, advanced data insights, and AI‑enhanced decisioning. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to bring AI‑driven capabilities to market.
- Operational excellence will underpin your team leadership. You'll drive strong execution, high productivity, and exceptional client experience, while using data and market intelligence to optimise performance, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver accurate, insight‑led forecasts.
- As a visible industry leader, you'll represent PubMatic across the region, championing innovation, contributing to conversations around AI and the future of digital advertising, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture where diverse thinking fuels our next chapter of growth.
Requirements
- Proven success leading regional sales strategies, owning P&L, and delivering sustained revenue growth in competitive, fast‑moving markets, combining strong commercial instinct with disciplined execution.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader digital media ecosystem, with the ability to clearly articulate complex AdTech solutions and navigate evolving privacy and regulatory landscapes.
- Established network within the DACH digital advertising ecosystem, with strong relationships across publishers, agencies, and brands.
- A track record of building trusted, senior‑level partnerships and unlocking new business through a consultative, solution‑led approach.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and leveraging CRM systems, BI tools, and performance dashboards to inform strategy and optimise results.
- Confidence working with and leveraging AI‑powered tools and insights to enhance decision‑making, productivity, and commercial outcomes.
- Experience building, coaching, and scaling high‑performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, inclusion, and shared success.
- Experience representing an organisation at industry events or forums as a credible market voice.
- Proven ability to lead through organisational growth, transformation, or market expansion phases.
- Experience operating within an international, matrix‑structured organisation, collaborating effectively across regions and functions.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
