Engineer, Backend Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and establish controls to ensure stable production output
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Product Engineering
• Analyse yield loss trends and identify root causes using statistical tools.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality excursions, identify Root cause and Define Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Lead or take part of the cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement projects
• Create and maintain process specifications, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and engineering reports
• Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1-3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly processes is preferred
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
• Experience in Minitab, JMP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP
• Problem-solving methodologies: 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis
