It was established in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province in September 2017. In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history by applying your knowledge and experiences. 该岗位工作地点为中国成都。在该岗位上，您将有机会运用自己的知识和经验为科利耳的成功做出重大贡献。 Position Overview / Purpose职位概述 Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, the role is responsible for the laboratory test implementation and ensuring the test activities comply with the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and relevant procedure. 主要职责是实验室测试和确保测试过程符合良好实验室规范及相关程序。向质量控制经理汇报。 Accountabilities主要职责 Accountability 1: Laboratory Test implementation 职责1：实验室测试 Perform chemical & microbial test according to site monitoring plan for material/process water/environment/product. etc, such as sterility test, bioburden test, particulate test根据工厂监测计划，对原料/工艺用水/环境/产品等进行理化及微生物检测。检测类型例如无菌测试/微生物限度测试/颗粒度测试等 Acquire operation and test of main instrument, such as gas chromatography操作主要仪器，例如气相色谱 Perform test method validation when required根据需要执行方法验证 Do the data analysis of each test 对测试进行数据分析 Ensure the test validity and reliability确保测试的效性及可靠性 Accountability 2: Laboratory routine maintenance 职责2：实验室日常维护 Manage the reagent and consumables: prepare media and solution as required; Make sure the storage of reagent & consumables comply with the requirement 管理试剂及耗材：根据需要准备培养基及试剂；确保试剂及耗材的储存符合相关要求 Implement the daily check of equipment and complete the record as required根据需要进行设备点检并进行记录 Report any issues of equipment/reagent/consumables 及时汇报设备/试剂/耗材等的任何问题 Support Maintenance and Calibration team to finish the laboratory routine maintenance and calibration task支持维修维护团队完成实验室设备的日常维护和校正 Perform the house keeping of laboratory 进行实验室内务整理 Accountability 3: Laboratory NCR and Investigation 职责3：实验室 不合格报告 和 调查 Report any Non-Conformance during the test process汇报测试过程中的任何不合格 Support the team leader to perform the laboratory investigation and find the root cause支持团队负责人进行实验室调查并寻找根本原因 Perform the CAPA as needed如若需要，完成纠偏及预防措施 Accountability 4: Compliance 职责4：合规 Ensure implementations of changes are performed in line with quality system requirements 确保变更的执行符合质量体系的要求 Contribute to the development of a culture of compliance while driving continuous improvement in department 当进行持续改进时，要一如既往地贯彻合规要求 Accountability 5: WHS 职责5：安全职责 Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions 安全工作，确保行为符合相关安全流程，规则和指引 Immediately reporting all incidents, accidents, hazards or unsafe work conditions to management.
