Phlebotomist - Clarke Quay - JL

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture for the collection of blood specimens for dispatch to the laboratory.
• Sort and record all blood specimens collected, ensuring their proper labeling and dispatch to the Laboratory via the appropriate mode.
• Carrying out medical tasks like measuring blood pressure, height, and weight, checking visual acuity, conducting pregnancy urine tests, filling out forms, and helping patients complete health declarations before they sign them.
• Facilitates patient flow by collaborating effectively with the medical team and possessing an in-depth understanding of each station within the operational process.
• Responsible for sorting medical reports and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the designated area.
• Assist the Business Development Team with on-site health screening projects at the client's designated offices or homes across Singapore as required.
• Support management in enhancing, identifying, and implementing improvements in the work processes of the Phlebotomist.
• Maintaining the requisite Ministry of Health standards regarding procedures, policies, practices, and patient care and experience.
• Carry out duties efficiently and on time, whether in-writing or verbally, as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Complete Ad-Hoc tasks given by Management Team.

Working days : 5.5 days per week Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 0730hrs to 1800hrs/Saturday: 0730hrs to 1300hrs Working Location: Clarke Quay Salary: $3000 - $3500
