About the role
A Trees & Carbon Supervisor is responsible for directing the field-level delivery of One Acre Fund's integrated Trees and Carbon program across 6-15 assigned sites. Responsibilities

- Performance & Data Quality:
- Monitor team KPIs, champion data integrity for surveys, and run unannounced field audits to implement quick corrective actions when targets fall short.
- Logistics & Survival Optimization:
- Coordinate seedling distribution logistics, mobilize farmers to prevent waste, and oversee post-distribution training to maximize long-term tree survival rates.
- Team Leadership & Professional Development:
- Lead weekly team meetings, build individualized career growth plans for officers, and step in to cover field activities during staff absences to maintain program continuity.
- Culture, DEI, & Financial Mindfulness:
- Foster a workplace culture rooted in psychological safety, customer service, and One Acre Fund's DEI values, while actively managing operational costs and staffing efficiencies.
