Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, staging, linens, and audiovisual equipment
- Ensure all function spaces are clean, organized, and meet brand standards prior to and during events
- Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in banquet and back-of-house areas
- Assist with the movement and storage of banquet equipment and furniture
