About the role

strong>Key Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Develop and enhance enterprise applications with a blockchain component /li> li>Work within a primarily backend environment /li> li>Contribute to a full stack application, though the role itself is backend focused /li> li>Build and maintain: /li> li>Java / Spring Bootbusiness logic /li> li>Blockchain smart contractsusing Solidity /li> li>Cloud based infrastructure hosted primarily in Azure br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Application Stack br> br> /strong> ul> li>Frontend/UI:React /li> li>Backend:Java, Spring Boot /li> li>Blockchain Layer:Solidity (Ethereum based) /li> li>Cloud:Azure (primary), some AWS exposure /li> li>AI Coding Tools:GitHub Copilot and similar AI assisted coding tools br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Must Have Skills br> br> /strong> ul> li> Strong Java Development (Required) /li> li>Java is non negotiable /li> li>Majority of the application is built in Java /li> li>Strong experience with: /li> li>Java /li> li>Spring Boot /li> li>Complex backend systems br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Preferred Experience br> br> /strong> ul> li>8+ years of Java development /li> li>More senior level experience preferred due to complexity of environment br> br> /li> /ul>Team is flexible if candidate demonstrates strong learning ability br> br> ul> li> Solidity / Blockchain Experience /li> li>Experience with Solidity for Ethereum smart contracts preferred /li> li>Candidates with: /li> li>Strong Java + limited Solidity exposure will be considered /li> li>Strong Solidity + moderate Java may also be considered /li> li> Cloud Experience /li> li>Azure preferred /li> li>AWS acceptableif candidate is technically strong /li> li>Cloud platform knowledge considered transferable br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Nice To Have Skills br> br> /strong> strong>Blockchain / Security Knowledge br> br> /strong>Experience with the following is a plus but strong>not mandatory /strong>: br> br> ul> li>Blockchain key management /li> li>MPC (Multi Party Computation) protocols /li> li>Elliptic curve cryptography /li> li>Asymmetric key security concepts br> br> /li> /ul>Candidates with strong foundational security knowledge and willingness to learn will still be considered. br> br> strong>Additional Programming Languages br> br> /strong>Not currently used in environment but considered helpful: br> br> ul> li>Rust /li> li>Go /li> li>C++ /li> /ul>
