Responsibilities

  • 5-8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.
  • Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets - and to build the playbook as you go.
  • A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana's mission.

As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy's tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem - building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You'll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder's role. You'll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up - from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.
