Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement & Welfare (SG/MY/VN)
  • Design and roll out engagement programs and welfare initiatives across all three markets, accounting for local cultural and regulatory nuances

  • Liaise with finance, vendors, and government bodies on payroll-related matters
  • Manage payroll queries, reconciliations, and variance checks
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all payroll transactions
  • Policy Setting
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with employment law and business needs across SG/MY/VN
  • Ensure policies are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently applied
  • Benchmark policies against market practice and recommend improvements
  • Support implementation and change management when new policies are introduced
  • Performance Review & OTI Oversight
  • Own the end-to-end performance review cycle - timeline planning, system/template setup, manager communications, and consolidation of results
  • Administer the OTI framework, including calculation logic, tracking, and payout coordination
  • Partner with department heads to ensure fair, timely, and well-documented performance evaluations
  • Maintain performance and incentive records, and generate reports/insights for leadership

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR operations experience, with hands-on payroll exposure (SG mandatory; MY preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IR21/IR8A processes; familiarity with Malaysian employment law is a plus
  • Experience managing performance review cycles and incentive/bonus schemes
  • Regional HR exposure (SG/MY/VN) preferred
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage stakeholders across different markets and seniority levels

Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
