About the role
This role belongs to Open Data/ Open Banking, which allows customers to access data from all their banks via a single platform under customer's approval. The purpose of this role is to drive world class, simple and intuitive experiences within digital channels, to partner collaboratively with episodic domains and enable domains to delivery of prioritised digital change features and innovation. This role will represent the voice of the customer and implement the vision and roadmap for a product/set of features. Work within cross functional teams comprising of developers, business analysts, architects, and designers to execute prioritised initiatives which will deliver on the digital channel roadmap. Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories. Agree on customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered. Build trusted and influential relationships with episodic domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise to deliver. Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings. Act as a digital subject matter expert YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 6+ years experience as in a Digital Delivery environment preferably in a product management or product ownership role Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes. Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business. Experience working in an agile environment.
