Engineering Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Engineering Project Manager with day-to-day coordination, planning, administration, and logistics
• Ensuring clear and constant communication across the Engineering team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Anticipating next steps and proactively following up to keep projects moving forward
• Coordinating project tools, schedules, and reporting across multiple events
• Working closely with HR, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure operational alignment
• Supporting staffing plans, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up
• Ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high

Requirements

• Experience & Skills:

• ✔ Confident using Microsoft 365 / Office tools
• ✔ Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
