Requirements

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Strategy & Insights, this role supports the orchestration of integrated advertising campaigns across Blackstone's priority audiences and regions, serving as a senior strategic lead across agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure work is cohesive, brand-aligned, operationally disciplined, and impactful. This individual will direct the end-to-end campaign creative development process from insight to idea to production across omni-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, video, print, and emerging formats. The role requires strong executive judgment, rigorous budget and scope oversight, and lead agencies of record and production partners across markets including the U.S. and Japan, while maintaining tight integration with media, design, digital, content, technology, public affairs, legal, compliance, and regional marketing teams.
