6 Months Contract Pioneer 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri) 1. Division Seminar Publicity and Logistics Support Create seminar posters using provided information and templates Draft and disseminate seminar email announcements Assist in with venue setup and preparation of materials on the day of the seminar 2. Division's Annual Magazine Production Collate content and high-resolution images from contributors Arrange and format content in accordance with the design plan 3. Development of Publicity Materials Liaise with relevant parties to gather content, including write-ups and images Design and produce materials such as posters and brochures Create short videos for teaching lab experiments and lecture demonstration experiments 4. Division Asset Management Maintain and update records of fixed and inventorised assets in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset records and tagging. Manage asset disposals and transfers in compliance with NTU guidelines. Conduct regular asset sighting and verification for audit checks and handovers. Updating of SOPs for system processes. 5. Administrative and Logistical Support Provide general administrative and logistical support for division activities Support outreach events through logistics and publicity, as required Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) or basic video editing is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
