Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field
  • 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or related high-reliability industries
  • Working knowledge of spacecraft electrical systems and subsystems
  • Experience with electrical design principles, circuit analysis, and system-level thinking
  • Familiarity with requirements management and engineering documentation practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with standard electrical engineering tools (e.g., SPICE simulation, CAD tools, analysis software)
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with spacecraft power systems, avionics, or related electrical subsystems
  • Familiarity with space environment effects on electronics (radiation, thermal, vacuum)
  • Experience with integration and test processes for complex electrical systems
  • Knowledge of reliability analysis techniques and FMEA methodologies
  • Experience testing large quantities of electronics, in-circuit testing
  • Programming or scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
  • Understanding of signal integrity and EMI/EMC considerations
  • Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance

Benefits
