About the role

The candidate will be inserted in our AMS Logistic Department with the following duties: - Management of logistics needs of a maintenaince base. - Acceptance of component, consumable and standard parts received for our warehouse as per Civil/Military regulation (AER.P-145/EASA Part 145). - Acceptance of component, consumable and standard parts received for helicopter involved in maintenance activities as per Civil/Military regulation (AER.P-145/EASA Part 145). - Management of warehouse (in terms of material storage conditions and withdrawal monitoring). - Spare parts order management. - Shipping and receiving management of spare parts and tools. The candidate will work in a team, supported by other Store Inspector and Logistic team.

Requirements

• Technical skills
• First Level Degree in Engineering or similar (First Level Degree can be replaced by at least 3 years experience on aeronautical field)
• Basic knowledge of Civil and Military Aviation Regulations & Standards
• Basic knowledge of Technical Publications in Maintenance Organization environment (understanding & use)
• Type training (theoretical element) on Leonardo Helicopters' products and working experience in Quality Warehouse environment (Civil & Military) will be considered a plus.
• Behavioral skills

• Ability to work under pressure, sometimes with very demanding deadlines
• Flexibility, proactivity, problem solving attitude.
• IT skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Good knowledge of SAP/4HANA
• Linguistic skills
