Responsibilities
- Digital & System Support - Procurement
- Support the Global Director in managing the Procurement digital roadmap, including enhancements, automation opportunities, and future solution design.
- Serve as a super user and operational support lead for Procurement platforms and tools such as GEP, SupplierIO, Databricks, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and advanced analytics solutions.

- Support the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing management of REWS systems and tools.
- Act as a super user for platforms such as JLL Azara, Tango Analytics, CoStar, and other relevant REWS applications.
- Conduct analysis to understand business needs, identify gaps, and support solution enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools and systems are effectively used to support workplace and real estate decisions.
- Analytics, Governance & Reporting
- Provide analysis, reporting, and insights to support the Global Director and leadership teams in making informed decisions.
- Track and report key metrics such as:
- o user adoption
- o compliance
- o issue resolution
- o stakeholder feedback
- o training effectiveness
- Review data quality, identify inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Support governance processes and ensure systems operate in line with company controls and procedures.
- Manage the shared inbox to support all digital & system related queries,
- Stakeholder Engagement & COE Enablement
- Work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, Data, and external vendors.
- Act as a coordination point between business teams and technology partners to ensure priorities are understood and delivered.
- Support the creation of standard processes, documentation, user guides, and best-practice materials to strengthen COE capability.
- Communicate updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of system changes, enhancements, and support issues.
- Hold external suppliers accountable for timely resolution of queries and delivery commitments.
