Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-based solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings when required.
