Responsibilities

- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts

- Enter non-EDI wholesale orders
- Process employee expense reports
- Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
- Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close
- Provide general support across the finance and accounting function
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Avalara is a plus
