Responsibilities
- Working in a home which supports children with learning disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Global Delay, and many other special needs.
- Lead and manage the home and its staff team to provide exceptional care and support for children with mental health needs.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in residential childcare.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for working with children and young people.
