In this position, you will assist Swedish-speaking customers in all aspects of their online shopping experience, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities Engage with Swedish-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping needs. Provide detailed product information, guidance, and personalized recommendations to enhance their buying experience. Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism. Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve satisfaction. Keep informed about product ranges, offers, and company promotions to relay accurate information to customers. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance. Cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes. Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or e-commerce environment. A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors. Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and effective assistance. Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce systems. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing various customer inquiries effectively. A positive team player with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
