Maintain accurate records and update systems in a timely manner. Support key student activities and work collaboratively with internal teams. Essential Requirements Experience in a customer-facing environment delivering high-quality service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing demands in a busy environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and systems use. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and reliability. Desirable Experience in a higher education or similar environment. Experience supporting events or student-focused activities.
