Review auto loan contracts and documentation for compliance with internal funding policies Communicate with dealers, sales partners, and internal teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents Provide lost/missing contract research as needed Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate , complete, properly executed, and registered as required Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency
  • You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills
  • You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigation skills
  • You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly
  • You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Extra- awesome to have:
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Previous experience in a lending automotive related business, or financial services
  • You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
