About the role

You'll take ownership of a commercial Business Support desk, recruiting office-based roles such as administration, customer service and wider business support positions. You'll work closely with local clients, becoming their go-to recruitment partner while growing your market through proactive outbound business development. This role is office-based in Reading and involves regular client visits across the local patch, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales
  • Confidence building relationships and winning new business
  • A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
