No formal degree or educational background is required for this project. We value native-level fluency, a deep practical understanding of social media trends, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances. Experience in content moderation, digital media analysis, or community-based projects is a significant plus. Clear, metacognitive communication-"showing your work"-is essential.
