Banquet Bartender

About the role

As Banquet Bartender you would prepare beverages for guests and as called for by servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages for any and all Banquet events and locations. Bartender is responsible for maintaining high service standards and providing all liquors outlined in BEO. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous Bartending experience in a luxury event space required Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer and wine required Previous supervisory experience preferred WSET Level 2 certification preferre Open availability, including weekend and holidays Hourly Rate - $21.00 per hour Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, an elegant Spanish mission-style Inn, boasts exceptional accommodation in the heart of Wine Country.
