Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and staffing models to support effective and efficient operations. Monitor and evaluate program performance, including student outcomes (e.g., NCLEX pass rates, retention, placement), and implement improvement strategies. Provide leadership in curriculum implementation, evaluation, and continuous enhancement in collaboration with faculty. Establish and maintain clinical partnerships, ensuring appropriate clinical placements, site evaluations, and compliance with learning objectives. Lead faculty engagement through regular meetings, communication, and alignment on program priorities and expectations. Represent the program internally and externally, building relationships with community partners, regulatory bodies, and institutional stakeholders. Oversee development and maintenance of program documentation, including reports, policies, procedures, and regulatory submissions. Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to long-term program growth, quality, and sustainability. Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Nursing, Education Administration, or a related field. Current, active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an academic administrative role and 2 years of teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse or equivalent experience as defined by the Board. Demonstrated experience in supervision, workforce planning, and budget management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders and institutions. Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration, influence, and consensus-building. Proficiency with computer-based systems and tools to support academic and operational functions.
